The Frame Shop and Gallery 912 hosts the ‘Waterworks’ show attended by (photo top left, from left) Pat Dixon, Fifi Billeaud and Barbara Adams. The Guild is sponsored by the Lafayette Art Association. The 51-year-young association has offices at 1008 St. Mary Blvd., with six working studios. At the artists’ reception for the Lafayette Watercolor Guild’s 2nd Annual Juried Show, ‘Waterworks,’ are Linda Moncla, Sheldon Blue and Jean Kreamer. Wendy Martie and Michael Istre with the Best in Show artwork from ‘Waterworks,’ the Lafayette Watercolor Guild’s annual show at The Frame Shop and Gallery 912 in the Oil Center. The Lafayette Education Foundation held a skeet shoot earlier this summer to help raise funds and awareness of its programs.
